I did it!! I went back to the gym this morning! It's the 4th week and time to get my butt back in gear. Did the eliptical for 30min. So proud of myself!!! Only one person said "Where have you been?".

Val... I joined a gym last week and started working out too. I've been doing the treadmill and then met with a trainer. He ran me through a couple of machines and boy I was so SORE Saturday! My legs were screaming at me for two days! I don't care for exercising, but boy I LOVE how it feels afterwards. My body feels alive and I am so happy that I actually did it!.

So Congrats for working out again!..

Excellent job getting back to the workout routine, Val - you should be proud! Exercise is such an important component of this lifestyle change - I know it has had a huge impact on my progress and overall health to date..

Way to take control of that it is so good to take back that stuff from the old way of thinking of I will do that next time or I dont have enough time (to busy).
