Just looked over my entries for the last week and my carbs are in the 50&60's. I thought it was supposed to between 80-100 grams per day?.

Am I missing something or not logging right?.

I'm using an app on my phone to log since I don't have acess to the net on my computer right now and it's too hard to try and use the Medifast site for logging via my phone.

Anybody else have carb counts this low?..

LuLu, the Medifast meals themselves have 10-14 carbs, so something must be wrong with the way you are logging. Somehow it's not picking up the carbs from your L&G is what it sounds like to me...

Post what you ate yesterday and I'll log it on Medifast and get back to you. I had days OP where my carbs were way below 80 and it freaked me out a bit. Now, I eat one of the Medifast snacks if my carbs are low and it puts me in the right range...

I agree, even if you ate the very lowest carb Medifast meals EVERY meal (eggs, mango drink, punch = 10g/ea) you'd be at 50 right there. Your lean might be 0 carbs but your green will always have carbs...

I have 63.3 carbs logged for yesterday.

I ate.

2 Choco mint crunch bars.

1 choco appetite supressant shake.

1 peanut butter crunch bar.

1 cream of broccoli soup.

5 oz pork loin.

1 cup broccoli.

1 cup lettuce.

2 pickle spears..

Oh I may have found one of the culprits. I have only 4 carbs for the shake. It has to be more then that!..

LuLu, are you using the medifast site to log your carbs? Or can you not do that with your phone app? It knows how many carbs are in the Medifast meals and in the veggies. I think the shakes are 14...

When I logged it, it came out as 75 carbs. That may vary a little depending on what kind of lettuce it was and whether the broccoli was cooked or not (cooked has more carbs due, I guess, to the weight difference). But still, much closer than you thought...

I put what you ate into my plan and it shows everything at 71g of carbs...As long as you can function and don't feel light headed or's fine as long as you stay OP getting all of your meals in ...oh I forgot to add your pickles..

Im new here, just 2 weeks today and I seem too not be understanding , where do you see the carb values?? My first week I lost 5 and thsi week only 2 ,, I know thast still good but I guess I was hoping for more..

Fee: On the My Medifast page, up at the top you can go to My Plan and Log Meals. I didn't log at first, but now I do and I really like doing it. I can see exactly where I am. You can see the individual carbs when you go to the order site and look at the Nutrition and it's on all of the Medifast boxes...

Thanks, I can do it from my phone on the Medifast website but it's extremely hard. Ive been using an app called lose it! You can enter your own foods and their nutritional value. So maybe I have a few typos from when I entered it..

I'll double check some items and hopefully I'll have Internet access again soon! It's been down the whole time I've been on MF!..
