In a blender; add one large handful of ice. Add about 1 cup of light milk. 1/2 sliced banana; heaping tablespoon of organic peanutbutter, and 2 scoops of Muscle Milk. Blend until mixed, but still thick. Tastes JUST like a milk shake you shouldn't be drinking.
I have found that this is a great meal replacement. High in protein and very satisfying. I am somewhat lactose intolerant so I mix mine with soy milk and it comes out smooth and tasty like a milkshake. Are you in a hurry? Muscle milk is not chalky or very clumpy like the other guys. This mixes well in most bottles or a trick that I use is to get an empty gallon water jug and fill it half with milk and funnel in 3 scoops of muscle milk, shake and serve! Stays in the fridge ready for a high protein break anytime!.
Best protein shake I've tasted, even when using straight water. What I usually do is mix 3/4 water with 1/4 skim milk. Makes it a little creamier. I use it three times a day; once for breakfast, the second for after my workout, and the third right before bed. I love it. And it does work.

This is by far the best tasting protein drink that I have ever tasted. I especially love the chocolate, but also am very impressed with the blueberry creme & vanilla creme. I highly recommend. If you add ice, bananas, & milk it makes it that much more delicious! I also like the fact that it comes in Muscle Milk LIGHT. Hopefully the LIGHT will come in larger containers soon!.
I'm not going to lie, this protein tastes awesome. However, it's almost $1.50 per serving. And you also have to think about all the crap they have to add to this to make it taste so great. Have you ever wondered why the higher end proteins taste horrible? It's because they don't add all these unhealthy flavorings. You also might think that this protein is superior to others because it has 32g protein per serving, but the serving size is 2 scoops. Twice as much as other proteins. Overall, I would just stick to 100% whey protein such as ON products..
The Muscle Milk shakes have a fairly decent composition and taste pretty great ... until 4 hours after the fact when you still have this unnatural sickly sweet taste in your mouth despite brushing your teeth and mints. That's just me though and I think that the majority of Americans seem to prefer overly sweet things. I don't like protein bars that taste like Snickers either..
I'm a college student who works out 3 to 4 times a week, and muscle milk is awesome! It tastes great and helps me pack on lean muscle. I've been through two large containers of the stuff, and put on fifteen pounds of lean muscle. I'm amazed that I'm stronger now than back when I played football in high school. Highly recommended.
This one tastes great, but will make you fat. If you read the ingredients, there is a lot of not so good for you stuff in there. A lot of fat and carbs that you don't want unless you're trying to gain weight. As a weight gain product, yes, I think it would be good. But overall I don't think I would recommend this one strictly as a protein powder for building muscle..
