Has a great taste....I especially use this during the winter when there isn't as much sunshine available which then gives me the much needed Vitamin D. Does not at all taste 'fishy'!.

Initially I started using this product on the recommendation of a friend who suffered for years from acute psoriasis. He was treated by MD's using all the convention methods and Rx's. Nothing helped. Somehow he hit on the idea of using cod liver oil high in Vitamin E. Within a few months his psoriasis was gone!. I bought this item because I have low levels of Vitamin D and contrary to most reports, I experience negative side effects from taking Vitamin D capsules and Vitamin D liquid. I just can't win! This product does not taste fishy and the lemon taste is refreshing. I am quite happy with this product and would recommend it to others. And, the good effects on the heart cannot be underestimated.
