This is very good! I always seem to have a slight stuffy nose when I wake up during the cold weather months and I drink this first thing in the morning with my breakfast. Magically, my symptoms seem to clear up within the hour. I have more energy too! I highly reccomend this product. It is good in the Pink Lemonade flavor as well; I like to switch the flavors up a bit :).
