I love the dutch choclate or the swiss mocha with decaf coffee instead of the water, a full 8oz of crushed ice and then in the blender. Yumm..

I left the poll open so you could vote for more then one fav shake (if you have more then one)...

I usually go for the Chocolate shakes (any), but the Cherry Pom is good. Still think my favorite is making the Cappucino into a shake with ice and blender. I love iced cappucino!..

I am not fond of the actual shakes, but French Vanilla is ok..

I think the best shakes are made from chocolate pudding...

I've never had one of the shakes. I prefer to eat, rather than drink, my calories...

I voted for all of them except for Swiss Mocha (don't like coffee). I also like the soft serve made as a shake and have also made shakes out of the chai, peach tea, raspberry tea, hot chocolate, and the puddings...

That is interesting, you feel full and everything? It seems to work for you very well based on your success...

This is interesting! I HATE the dutch chocolate but LOVE the swiss mocha. The vanilla is gross, IMO, and the strawberry and orange too sweet.

And I drink at least one, if not two shake a day. They fill me up more than any other food. Funny how we are all so different, eh?..

WeightyThoughts, what a great idea for a poll... Look at the numbers it's great to see what others like as I am just starting out, gives an idea of what to order next..

Thanks for the suggestion...

I wouldn't say I've always felt full. Many times I've counted down the minutes to my next meal. But I never thought that the shakes would somehow make me feel fuller than the bars or puffs, which is what I typically have...

I love the vanilla shake with SF Gingerbread syrup. OMG... it's Ginger Cream and it's fab.....

Thant sounds so good.. Will have to try it, why brand of syrup and where did you get it?..

I have to agree here. Love the Vanilla shake (or pudding shake) with gingerbread syrup and a dash of pumpkin pie spices. I found my gingerbread syrup at World Market. Look online for their coupons before you go!!..

I HATED the vanilla shake at first. Now it's my favorite! I make it with lots of ice and a Starbuck's VIA packet. It tastes just like the little can of Starbuck's Double Shot Esspresso and Cream!..

Dutch Chocolate shakes get me through the candy craving days. When I first started drinking them I thought they tasted too much like soy. But now, I look forward to having them. It's like drinking melted chocolate...

My favorites are the puddings made as shakes - they are nice and thick! I love the banana..
