Call them and give them a chance to make it right. Mistakes happen...
They should make it right. If the first person you get is a jerk, ask to speak to a supervisor. Or hang up and call back...

I called and well I was lucky I guess and I talked to a nice lady and she made it correct and put in my order for the food I did not receive and I just hope that I get it!.

Also, why would you think they would be a "jerk" like look how much money we pay for this food and well I already did pay for it and I want my food that I paid for lol, we are their customers and afet all they get paid from "us" and what they think I'm trying to SCAM or something, nope I dont think so!!!!..
