I started doing this with one of my groups, and thought it might be interesting to see it on a broader scale. I added in start weight and goal weight to give a better perspective for those who have more or less to lose, since it's not really a fair comparison between a person who has 100+ to lose, or a person who has 20, due to the lower expected losses when you are closer to goal.My primary purpose in doing this was for myself, to see in true numbers what my weekly loss rate is, which kinda debunked my belief that I'm a slow loser. I do lose slower than most at my weight from what I've seen, but it's basically because my week 1 loss was small, and the minor difference of a weekly 2.5 pound vs. 3.5 pound loss adds up after 13 weeks. I thought others might enjoy seeing how they compare..
