Week 5 and a 0 zero loss, no measuremnet losses either 5 weeks and only 15 lbs when I have 58 more to go But I am staying on plan and hoping for a great week 6!.

I am looking hard at my food logs and decided to cut out the optional snacks, as well as make even lower fat L&G choices.... plus I am walking everyday - just a quick mile, nothing strenous, and I know that I am eating enough that I am not starving myself. I guess these lulls will happen, so I am hoping for a strong week 6! Who is with me???..

The stalls do happen and are completely normal. I applaud you for going through your food logs to find areas that may need change. Also, make sure that you get in all your water, and then some. Hang in there. The scale will move again, I promise...

You just lost 4 pounds last week! That is huge! I haven't even lost 2 pounds in one week and only lost 0.2 in week 5 (and that was 100% OP)! You are doing really good, keep it up!.

And...you've lost 15lbs in 5 weeks...that's an average of 3lbs a week...have you ever been on a diet that you had that much success with??.

Please look at my list of weight losses each week below my signature. There were zero weeks for me too! But look at the totals! Be strong, don't give up and if you want that optional snack........ have it! You are better off following the program than getting hungry and frustrated and going off. KWIM?..

It is hard to not get bummed when you see a big ole goose egg. Stick to it. Keep your walks short, get in your water and let us know how you make out next week...
