Haven't been on very long and haven't tried a lot of things. But so far....


1. Lemon meringue bar.

2 oatmeals ( I usually hate oatmeal).

3. Chicken noodle soup.

1. the smores bars (but don't order because of the "side effects").

2. the chocolate pudding made into a shake! yummy - tastes like DQ soft serve.

3. the chocolate chip pancakes! I have one every morning!.

Meh, I like it all, except for the caramel bars and the beef vegetable "stew". I'll eat them but not my fave..

Likes can't limit to three.....peanut butter crunch bar, chick noodle soup, oatmeals, choc chip pancakes, all puddings, brownies, parm cheese puffs, etc etc.

Dislikes chili, cream of chicken soup, cream of broccoli soup..

Pancakes (made into muffins).

Dislikes: I only have one.

Favs: Dark chocolate shake blended with cold coffee and ice cubes, pb bars, chicken noodle.

Dislikes: oatmeals made per directions, orange shakes, anything mago... bleh!..

I love so many things, it's hard to choose! I guess my absolute favorites are:.

PB Crunch Bars.

Cinnamon Pretzels.

Parmesan Puffs.

I dislike the Swiss Mocha shake and the cream soups when made as actual soups. The only thing I absolutely HATE is the Maryland Crab Soup...

I tried many things and I've noticed that my tastes has changed over time. Generally I am very pleased with Medifast meals there are few things I truly hate/dislike. Anyway here they are.


Oatmeal Crunch Bar.

Chili Cheese Puffs.

Dutch Chocolate Shake.


Peanut Butter Crunch Bar (tasted burnt to me).

Cream of Broccoli Soup.

Swiss Mocha Shake..

Hmm my favorites change every week, but the dislikes stay the same.


1.)Dutch chocolate shakes (every day at least 2x a day since starting).

2.)S'mores bars.

3.) Chili puffs.

I've only had the variety packs, but of those I love the peach oatmeal, all the bars, and the chocolate shake. I hate the capuccino (can't get all the lumps out for anything!), banana pudding and banana shakes. I love bananas and banana bread, but hate banana flavored stuff. Dying to try more of the soups and the brownies!..

Hate: Vanilla shake, pancakes (Can't come up with a 3rd dislike!) And I like the pancakes the way I make them, just not as the package directs. The vanilla shake is just vile. The only shake I like is the chocolate and the anti-oxidant chocolate. Smiles to all!..

I Love: The shakes 70 (I need Gluten Free).

The bars.

Pancakes are ok too- My only prob is I am a lousy pancake maker LOL.

Hate: The Cocoa- ALWAYS comes out clumpy, no matter what I do..

I have a mini whisk for my cocoa and I keep it in the cup while I'm drinking it. Whisk it each time before I take a drink. Also, add a bit of water and stir it until smooth before adding the rest of the water. Have you tried either of these things yet? Just a thought...

2- Shake made of chocolate mint soft serve with tons of ice and some peppermint extract.

3- Both pretzels.

4- (had to add another one) Shake made of PB soft serve with banana extract and WF chocolate syrup.

Favorites so far: Peanut Butter Crunch Bar, Cappucino (hot or blended with ice), Brown Sugar and Cinnamon Oatmeal.

Dislikes: Cream of Broccoli Soup. I didn't like the Chili or Vegetable Beef soup until I started letting them soak for an hour or more before I make them. Also add hot sauce..

Really easy actually, I've used it both for tomato or chicken cream soups so far and it's great. Mix with 1/2 tsp of baking powder (I put a little more), whatever spices you like (for tomatoes I use garlic powder, onion powder, italian spices or some basil) add 3 Tbsp of water to the mixture. Spay some Pam on a cookie sheet and spread the mixture into a round disc, bake at 375 until it's brown and the edges are a little crispy (I usually flip it for the last 2 minutes). It comes out a little like a pita bread. I usually spead a little bit of smart balance on it as some of my fat. I accompany almost all my L&G with this..
