I never thought I'd make it through the first three days, but I have. Being a rainy Sunday, I also thought I'd have a tough time with all the temptations at home, but not that case. I actually had all 5 Medifast meals plus my L&G - but I feel too full (as if I cheated). Hope the scales prove me wrong!!!.

On a side note, I want to thank everyone who has ever posted here...I have read them all and it provides much motivation, esp for me to post my own photos and successes (in a while...).

You did make it! I am pretty full after my L&G too. And don't you worry, you will see a reward on the scale!!!.

Congrats on making it through the first few days. I love that feeling of being full, and knowing that I haven't over eaten, or stuffed my body with terrible food..

I know how you are feeling! Today was day 2 for me and after eatting only two of my Medifast meals I felt extremely full and bloated. I actually told my husband that I am afraid that I am going to gain weight rather lose it!.

I feel the same way, and I'm day 3. I'm actually struggling to get my last Medifast meal in now, and it's a brownie, which I love!.

I remember thinking toward the end of my 1st week, "I must be doing something wrong. This is too easy. I'm not only, not hungry, I'm full. I just know that I'm going to get on the scale & see I've actually gained weight.".

I really thought I must have done the math wrong when I got on the scale & was down 17.5 pounds (results will vary).

The first week or two I never felt hungry; in fact, very full and bloated. That waned over the next few weeks and honestly, I have to say the past week (my 7th) I have been extremely hungry and cravings are out of control - well not really, I haven't given in to any, but I am having a hard time. I went through my closet Saturday and was so excited to be able to fit into my smaller suits and jeans. It definitely makes dealing with the cravings a little easier!.

I found I needed to split my L&G some days because I was just so over full. Other days, my full L&G was just enough. A lot of it depends on what I'm eating that day. I find shakes, oatmeal and pretzels/puffs made me feel fuller. A steak and salad L&G was just enough, but an egg beaters L&G had to be chopped up into three meals, half for L&G, 1/4 for another meal and 1/4 for the last..

The beauty of MF. However, eat all your meals so you get all the nutrients..

Yea! Thats such a wonderful feeling! Congrats on your losses!!!!.

Sundays I find are my hardest to eat too during the week, kinda weird maybe cuz I'm in lazy mode all day LOL.
