That's one of my favorite shakes so far out of the ones I've tried! Yum!..
I like almost everything, but for some reason, I don't care for this one...
I had one yesterday before I hit the gym and it was so good! It keep me going and is my new chocolate fav!..
Dunno what I'm gonna do, they are so good I'm gonna run out!.

I love it, especially made with an orange soda, or with mint extract added. Yum!..
I make mine into cookies! YUM! For some reason, I don't like the taste of any shake made as a shake. I only drink puddings and soft-serves. (made with x water and ice.)..
2 packages of shake (I like chocolate).
Drops of almond extract.
1 tsp baking powder.
Shot glass of water + a little bit to make batter consistancy.
Drop by short-spoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake @ 8 min at 350.
Makes about 10-12 smallish "lumps.".
2 Medifast meals, but they travel great!.
I make these whenever I have a class or meeting where I KNOW there are going to be donuts, sweet rolls and other temptations. I can "snack" along with everyone else!.
They do look like brown lumps, but I prefer to call them "free-form" brownies!.
I have made these with the vanilla and licorice extract (tastes kinda like the italian anginettes (sp?)) very good! Also with the Strawberry, not so good!.
AND I CAN NOT TAKE CREDIT! CODYJO SENT THIS TO ME, AND SAVED ME, A COUPLE WEEKENDS AGO WHEN I HAD TO SIT THROUGH A 20 HOUR WEEKEND PHTLS CLASS!..
I didn't even know there was a dark chocolate antioxidant shake! Guess that should go on my next order...
And the Anti-ox shakes make AWESOME shake cakes too - I microwave mine and they rise higher than the regular shakes! YUMMY! Cherry Pom every morning! Dark Choc for a treat. Again - YUMMY!..
Like I said....I give credit where credit is due! The recipe was given to me by CodyJo (as Vanilla Cookies) I just tweeked it for the Chocolate. And the Chocolate Anitoxidant does rise higher.
I have pictures of these on mypage, they do look a bit like "turds" but they taste amazing!.
I make them once or twice a week!..

Hooray! So glad I could share! I usually add a little orange extract too, because I like it REALLY orange-y. Yum!..
Awww, I can't have the extracts. Will have to try with SF orange soda. How do you get it to mix well? I seem to have the worst freaking time with clumps in all my stuff. I must not be in on the secret!..
