I cheated last Saturday @ my Boyfriend's Birthday party and I paid for it this morning. I was scared to weigh in. I knew it wasn't going to be good. Only -1.2 for my second week. Now I'm REALLY having trouble eating my Medifast meals. As you all probably already know....our fat minds tell us that when we've been bad that it's just best not to eat anymore....lol.

I'm of course going to stick to this new plan because I really do love it and believe that it works. Not only to lose weight, but to teach ALL of my better eating habits. I stand tall to testify that drinking champange even once is just not worth the mental anguise that I'm and going through right now. Back to the plan.....full speed ahead!.

You STILL had a loss this week! It could be worse! Yes, eat your meals, do the plan. Onward and downward!.

Take what you have learned from this, and remeber it always through the rest of your journey! You are worth this and you can do it! No more off plan stuff. ok??.

Life is full of would have/could have/should haves What's done is done and you still lost!! Don't beat yourself up, it'll just cause negative vibes and make it that much harder to get back on track. What's done is done...and you know what? Today is a NEW day!!.

BTW..congrats on your 1.2 pd loss!!.

Kris, don't hang on to it. Just focus on today and forward.....Down 1.2 is still in the right direction. Stay focused, you can do this!!.

Just be careful with the "I still lost" though. That can lead to a slippery slope..

I do agree that regretting it or being upset wouldn't help..

Keep going with this plan, it works!! You will lose if you just stick with it..

Always plan on cheating a few times on any diet. Factor that into the whole thing. If you don't cheat, amazing! If you do, no biggy, you planned for it anyway. Don't beat yourself up over it. Life is too short not to splurge once in a while..
