Life is full of would have/could have/should haves What's done is done and you still lost!! Don't beat yourself up, it'll just cause negative vibes and make it that much harder to get back on track. What's done is done...and you know what? Today is a NEW day!!.

Kris, don't hang on to it. Just focus on today and forward.....Down 1.2 is still in the right direction. Stay focused, you can do this!!.
Just be careful with the "I still lost" though. That can lead to a slippery slope..

Always plan on cheating a few times on any diet. Factor that into the whole thing. If you don't cheat, amazing! If you do, no biggy, you planned for it anyway. Don't beat yourself up over it. Life is too short not to splurge once in a while..
