Well today I was facing my first dilema of going to a restauraunt for the first time since I started Mf. It was my sons 14th Bday and he wanted to eat at Red Lobster so we reluctantly went. I was prepared to cheat just a WEE bit since I had a rather good second week(-3 lbs) so far...

To my surprise they actually have a very good menu to stay OP with at Red Lobster. I ordered the oven grilled Tilapia with steamed Brocolli and a Garden salad. Resisting those Cheese biscuits was hard but I manage to stay away from them so I was happy, my son was happy, and I stayed OP...

Red Lobster is a really good Medifast friendly restaurant. You actually have many many choices!.

We went to Red Lobster this week. I had broiled salmon, broccoli and a green salad. It was very satisfying but you are right about the biscuits. I figure if I could resist them (and I did), I can resist just about anything..

That's what it's all about....Enjoying the people that mean the most while staying OP. You will find that Medifast affords you the time and energy to focus on more important things other than food. LOVE Red Lobster on MF!!!!.

I love Red Lobster! aside from those darn biscuits, it's a great place to stay on-plan. We also have a restaurant near my house, Gringo's Mexican grill, where I can get the grilled chicken fajitas, and a side of (off-menu) grilled summer squash/zucchini that is awesome and helps with the mexican food craving! (i tend to split the chicken with my daughter and give her the refried beans and rice...).

That's so awesome. Eating out gets easier and easier. It almost becomes a game of sorts. Keep up the good work..

Congratulations on staying on plan. Red Lobster is one of the best restaurants for staying OP, but the biscuits and all the browned butter keeps calling my name when I'm there. LOL I don't indulge any more. In fact the idea of all that butter now makes me nauseous. Who'd a thunk that would ever happen? Keep up having those great OP days!.
