I started this past Monday, and am so excited. I have lost 3.6 lbs already. I was 100% Monday and Tuesday, Went out to dinner Wednesday night, and did OK, yesterday I had a day from you know where, starting with my lunch entree exploding in my microwave, when I tried to cook it longer. After I cleaned it up, I said heck with it and went and bought a salad, then went shopping, and went out to dinner with a friend, and had another huge salad. Didn't get everything in, but managed to keep the calorie count down so I still lost. I am estatic.

Thankfully, I binged on salad.LOL I am on Nutrisystem D as I am pre-diabetic, no meds, so I am trying to get my morning fasting numbers down and they have slowly come down to, still not where I want them, but at least going in the right direction. My biggest problem is getting all the veggies in especially at dinner, but I am trying. So far this is the easiest meal plan I have ever been on. I have several weight goals. The first to lose 21 lbs so that I am under 200, then my main goal is to weigh 145, my ultimate goal is 125.

You CAN do it and so can I - and you are right- this is the easiest diet - but it needs to become our way of life!..

It definitly will be my way of life, thats why I called a meal plan rather than a diet. For me the words DIET = Failure. Meal plan is so much nicer I think.LOL.

Welcome!!! I started one month ago and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this plan, in so many ways! Plus, hanging out on the discussion boards helps me to keep my mind focused on my new lifestyle. You CAN do this, and you WILL. You absolutely have the right mindset!..

It's day 2 for me - I feel water-logged, but not hungry, except for between 10-12:00 noon. The biggest shock for me has been the size of the entrees - I must have been eating 6 portions of food at dinner and 3 desserts!..

I started yesterday; I had the Meatloaf for dinner and did not like it; I did find the Recipe Club and will try the Shepherd's Pie with my next Meatloaf dinner. I am enjoying the lunches. I want to stay focused and really give this a try...

Celticprincess: We started the same day for the same goal (but you're closer to the finish line than me! Hahaha). I'm a comfort eater and a habit-snacker and fried-food-aholic..

I like the distinction you made between "diet" and "meal plan." Anything that has the word "die" in front just sounds negative...
