The antioxidant shakes are also soy free. And the wild rice soup is only 4mg so it's relatively low...

After being on plan for almost 8 months, I started itching last month. My whole torso and upper legs itched for about a week and a half, then it just stopped. Then it started again last week and only went on for about three days. Strangest thing! I did some searching and saw that soy sensitivity or allergy could cause this, but I can't understand why it would take so long to manifest. I'm considering switching to the soy free if it happens again because wow, is it ever miserable!..
There's a whole list of non-soy products, under the success tools tab, allergens..
I am definitely allergic to the soy - I get hives from head to toe..
Non-soy: Dark choc and Cherry Pomegranate antioxidant shakes; hot cocoa, chai latte, cappuccino; cream soups (low soy); soft serve; scrambled eggs; cold drinks..

I get itchies ever now and then on my jawline and then it goes away .... comes back .... goes away..
I eat all kinds of the foods so maybe that is why the itches come and go...
That's great you are staying with MF! I recently started itching a bit, so I just ordered the antioxidant shakes (made with whey protein), a bunch of puddings and pancakes (lower in soy), and some hot drinks too.
