So I got my shipment today but it didn't include the 8 boxes of pretzels I ordered yet they are included on the packing sheet. I am unsure if the ups driver screwed up and only dropped one of 2 boxes off or if medifast forgot the pretzels. Should I wait until tomorrow to see if ups brings them back or should I call medifast and complain? Has this happened to anyone else?.

Call and talk to customer service. Your shipping confirmation should tell you whether it was supposed to be one box or two, but it would be easier to just call..

Scared me, my box was just dropped off. Mine are in there! You better call CS right away! That sucks!.

Soemtimes I get 2 boxes from UPS but they have been delivered at the same time. Can you look at the email you got confirming that your order was shipped and go to the UPS tracking number? It should tell if there were 1 or two boxes in the order..

You can also check the label on the outside of the box. Mine said "2 of 2" on the outside label, even though I only got one box today. I went back to my confirmation email and went to tracking information. If you click on a link somewhere in there, it will give you more information about the box(es) sent. It says that one was delivered and one is in transit. The one that was delivered was quite a bit smaller than the other one. The tracking info also says that the other box will be here tomorrow..

Yeah they should come together usually and well you should call cs right now!.

I called and they forgot to include the pretzels for some reason. She had me look at the box and it said 1 of 1. They will send them out now... Very odd, she just took my word that they were not included even though it said they were. I guess it is obvious they would not of been able to stick all of them in the one box. I found it a little odd.

Luckily I ordered early and still have some. I would be pi55ed if I was out of them and had to wait since I eat these every single day, multiple times a day!.

Good to hear! I never checked my orders but I probably should've. Its happened before to others. :O.

I couldnt help but notice 8 whole boxes missing! I went back and double checked that they didnt forget anything else after that! Yes, I guess we do need to check them carefully, if they can forget such a large amount then I am sure it would be easy to forget something small..

Always check - two orders in a row have been missing at least one box. Customer Service has been wonderful and sent out the missing items each time. I took it for granted the first couple of orders that it was all there. The next couple were missing specific favorites - you tend to miss those if they aren't in that delivery!!.
