On a Monday May 24, 2010! Now, let me tell you, Im so glad that I chose Monday because everytime that you tuen around it's "Monday" again and again LOL .

Also, maybe thats what makes me being on this "journey" easier because of how my weigh in come and come again each week that passes by, or either that or my years are going by faster to get to 30 fast LMAO!! .

Either way, Im so glad that I chose to do Monday as I was one of the people that always said "ill start Monday" LOL. Well I definitely am glad that MOnday stuck for good this time !!!.

54 pounds down (while on mf) and four days from 3 months op!!! Imagine that!!!.

(oh and I snuck a weigh in yesterday and it said I was at 302 and Ill be just happy with that, and only leaves me like 3 pounds from 299).

So exciting!! (wasnt that big heehee, guess you wont need your "glasses for that one LOL).

I am a Monday girl too. I think I have always started diets and Mondays. LOL.

But for me this was a smart move, weighing in on Monday, gives me ZERO option to be bad on the weekend! .

Steph, you are going to be at 299 in NO time! (And 30 too I hate to tell ya! LMAO).

LOL, yes I agree with both of your comments on that matter LOL. But for the first one yes thats probably why I have been so faithful and that the cost of the food that crunches me to stick op and I'm kinda glad for it too!!! Also, I have 2 and half yrs before Im big 30. LOL.

I work in an elementary school and I started on a Monday, August 24,2009. That is like the beginning of the year even though it is not January 1. On Tuesday it will be 1 year. I have not met my goal of losing 100lbs in 1 year but I am not giving up on getting to go my goal of 125lbs..

Today! I like to weigh in officially twice a week (M & F, lol, get it? MF!). That way I can't be bad during the week or on the weekend and think that I still have time to get my loss or bot show as much. Otherwise I may cheat Wednesday..

I started on Sunday, August 8th. But I am a Monday and a Friday weigher. I like knowing where I am going into and out of the weekend. I love Jolie's comment - never saw it before. I am a Medifast weigher..

I started on a Friday since my food arrived the night before. Three weeks so far, and I'm thrilled with the results. Medifast support here has been so important to keep me on the straight and narrow! .

I started Saturday June 19, 2010. I'm usually a "I'll start my diet Monday" kind of girl, but I was too eager to wait those 2 days!.

I started on Monday May 17, 2010. The reason I started on Monday was because my food was going to be shipped on a Wednesday and my SIL had given me 2 days worth of food. I was in such a hurry to get started that I planned it exactly. I am glad I weigh in on Mondays because it keeps me in check over the weekend. I still can't believe how far I have come. I have struggled for years to get the rest of my weight off but nothing has ever worked for me like Medifast. I still keep thinking I am going to wake up and it will be just a dream..

I'm a saturday weigher - Thurs and Fridays are always the days I have trouble staying OP earlier. End of the week, I'm tired, I want to celebrate so this keeps me on track. Plus, family obligations are on weekends so if I go and can't completely control my food I have a week to make it up!!.

Started on a Wednesday cause my food came on a Tuesday. I wanted to started that next Friday because I had 12 clinicals on Thursday but I was to afraid I would keep putting it off..

Got the box on Thursday and started Friday July 24th, 09 and haven't looked back, not for a moment. The minute I started I loved it and love it 100 times more now. Reached goal on Thanksgiving, but still ate OP and stuck with it through the holidays, lost some more but better than gaining, right? Back to when I started, why wait... only stuff my face over the weekend...that's what got me here in the first place..
