Two inches off your waist is wonderful. Fifteen pounds in 5 weeks is still about 3 lbs per week, so you are doing great!..
Just curious why you switched from WW when you were losing that fast? That is a great result!..
Congrats on the NSV!! 2" from your waist is fantastic!.
I never lost anywhere near 3-4 pounds a week on WW - I was glad if I lost 1 a week!..
I would have been thrilled if I los 3lbs per week on WW. I GAINED on WW! The most I lost in one week was 1/4lb! All that weighing, counting points, planning, prep and either a gain or at best 1/4lb loss. WW is a great plan but just not for me. I lose the best on Medifast...
I agree with the WW comments. I would lose 1 lb. a week, if that. I've done Medifast before and was very successful. I think your weight loss luv2scrap is great, that's really good losing 15 lbs. in 5 weeks.
I'm starting over, got a new scale and the numbers were different...
You would be the FIRST person EVER-that I have "known" if you were losing 3-4 on WW! I was like 1/4 pound a week, then a 1/2 pound gain, then 1/2 pound loss, UGH!.
MF was the ONLY thing that ever worked for me. Your 3lbs per week is great! That is way more than the average of most programs at 1-2lbs..
I averaged 3.49 pounds per week and could NOT have been happier!.
Great NSV as well, inches are awesome!!!..
I think the problem with WW is that you can eat ANYTHING as long as you stay within your points. Cookies, cake, chips... I'm so carb sensitive that even if I stayed within my points if I ate refined carbs I'd stall, and a lot of the time I had such terrible cravings that I'd cheat. When I was on the WW Core plan I actually lost but that required a lot of cooking and saying no to junk that I could have on the points plan. I think if people ate low carb on WW and stayed within their points they'd probably lose, though slower than on Medifast since WW plans allow more calories..
I lost 60 pounds alternating between WW, JC, and South Beach. I'd get bored with one plan and go on to another. A little ADHD maybe The thing I love about Medifast is I don't usually have cravings unless I have a pb or cheese snack (triggers...) and since the calories are low I'm seeing results quickly. I kept off the 60 pounds for two years and am now ready to get to goal using my most favorite diet...
