Great job, just keep it up. It sounds like you already know that you DO need to eat all that food. The only time I failed to lose weight on the program was when I wasn't eating enough!!! Nutrisystem has done a very good job of identifying a solid baseline between creating a daily calorie deficit and including the right number of calories from the right kinds of foods to rev up your metabolism. Mess with this formula, you mess with your results..
Weighing in once a week is also a wise choice! We all want to see the progress, but daily (heck, HOURLY) weight changes due to water and glycogen levels make daily weigh ins unreliable. You are guaranteed to see a fair view of your results with weekly weigh ins..
Make sure you take measurements. As you ramp up activity and your body starts to change fat/muscle ratios and fat starts to fade from different parts of your body, you may be visually misled. I actually started to look "fatter" at one point because all my fat was gone from my upper abdomen and hips, making the "roll" around my belly look HUGE. That measuring tape kept me sane because I could see that while it "looked" bigger, it was clearly smaller!.

Keep at it! I'm on day 4 and it's been good so far, of course I'm eating more then I normally did but this time I'm eating healthier!.

Welcome! it won't be long until you have mastered the program and declaring your success. Each of us has a different way of handling all the food. I eat frequently, for example, but the important thing is that you do get in all the food required of you on the schedule that works best for you..
