I dont understand how ENOM can refuse to help, if one of their resellers don't respond, then it's Enom's responsibility to help.

Thanks. That's what I've told ENOM several times, but I keep getting their boilerplate response that I need to deal with the reseller. It's like they aren't even reading what they're responding to. <sigh>..

ENom is the registrar of record - they are obligated to help, at least to the extent of unlocking the domain / providing you it's authcode.
ENom's contact info - call them and explain that repeated emails to the reseller have gone unanswered... further explain you simply want the domain unlocked and it's authcode. http://www.enom.com/aboutus.asp.
Then once you get that info, transfer the domain the heck of out there*.
* If eNom truly values customer service, they'll offer to move the domain into your own eNom account, which you can create free at enomcentral.com - I doubt eNom will offer to do that, but if they were smart, they would.

How do I convince eNom they are the registrar of record?.
When calling them by phone, I get looped into a system of needing a code to get to talk to anyone and I don't have a code... I haven't been on the page you sent me to before tho so maybe that number is different. I'll try it in the morning! Thanks.

Use that as proof, copy/paste the result, and/or take screenshots..
It says there as well below tell them it's a dead email, also the mailer daemon you have received need to be copied as well as proof...

Try to login using your domain name and password, and use password recovery if you cannot.
No idea of it will work, but at least that RegistryRocket link works.
It took awhile to figure out the phone system at enom and get a live body. Turns out that if you push  for sales, you get a person who can transfer you to to tech support. Otherwise, you get locked into an endless machine loop asking you for a 7-digit pin number. When I finally did get tech support, he said that's the only way in. He did give me a ticket number and said they would try to contact the reseller. If the reseller doesn't respond to enom in 48 hours, they can help me.
It's a crazy loop, but hope looms again. THANK YOU!..
