Higher calorie content fooling your system into a "shock" from it's normal lower calorie status?.
Red meats usually have higher fat contents, no? Maybe you're um, expelling more in um, your BMs. Fattier foods always make me uhhh..... "go" a lot. hahahhhah Or you could just be mad mwahahahah! .
Or what eagle said.
Ya I think the general principle is you get locked into eating the same Medifast foods, greens/leans and your calories/carbs tend to level off.... to the point where our bodies "impress" with that blueprint. When you add higher carbs/cals, you 'shock' your system (within the bounds of the program) into thinking more food is avail, so it tends to release some of the stingier weight.
Thats the claim. Not sure if it actually is the case, but I tend to vary my leans/greens for the effect regardless..
It makes sense. I don't make it often. It's once a week if that. But I think I am mad anyways.
Or maybe the fat is just running scared since you're so close to goal?.
Lol could be that too. Keep running fat keep running!!.
That's what fattier foods do to me... keeps ME running hahahhaa.
Actually I've mentioned it here a number of times. The weeks I lost the most I ate only steak for my lean all week..
