Thought it was kind of odd to see domain lawyers without websites, so I thought I'd try to fill in the blanks. This was done just by searching and finding their respective sites or lawfirms, hopefully it's accurate.

Robert Cumbow - http://www.grahamdunn.com.

Bret Fausett - http://www.cckllp.com/.

Zak Muscovitch - http://www.lawyertoronto.com/ - website says they do Personal.

Injury, but I've seen his firm name in some WIPO cases as representing attornies, so I guess they do both?.

Great idea by the way RJ..

Nice idea for a sticky RJ And nice job Herb for adding links to make it all more accessible!..

I will not say that it's a good reference only but also the sticky option made me found quickly what I was searching for a customer's case..

Just curious here (not that I need one....or at least not yet ), but are there any in the UK?..

My discovery of this thread could not have been better timed. Thank you RJ..

You dont need lawyers for these issues, do it your self!..

You'll see how your cavalier attitude is wrong when you lose a domain that could have been saved had you hired a lawyer...

I agree, you never know when you'll be needing one! Thanks for the list -RJ-!..

Great! And I was searching for copyright laws all over the net?!!! It's all here! THXxxxxxxxxxx!..

Thanks for the info -RJ- glad to see theres a Canadian in there too...

Eric Menhart, Esq..

Adam Taylor - Adlex Solicitors.

Jim Davies - I can't remember his firm off of the top of my head at the moment.

A bit more upscale - I refer quite a bit to Jane Mutimear at Bird & Bird (www.twobirds.com) They have some folks in their Paris office that are very good as well - Isabelle Leroux and some of her associates...

So all are from US.. Can they be good for international disputes..

Enrico Schaefer (Michigan) - http://www.traverselegal.com.

Very Good..

I still have my Post-ItOnline name because of them..

Recommended.......

Meongtae: Thanks for the recommendation and yes, we kicked ass on that one. Hope all is well with you.

Good to see you making the rounds ... Enrico..

Thanks for these links. Just what I needed. Got the fast shuffle on 4 good domains and I will just not let it go...

Yea, lawyers are quite handy...Trust me on that one..

Can a U.S based lawyer be good for an international case?..

When you say "an international case", do you mean a UDRP matter involving parties from different countries? If so, then yes, a U.S. based attorney can be helpful.

Just to add some balance, I'll add my name to the above list of attorneys- gotta have some female representation in there....

Thanks, RJ and GF. What part of CA are you in, GF and where in the Bay area are you, RJ? Moved to the Philly suburbs a few years ago after practicing and living in Los Altos (for 12 years)(from Boston)..

Same question here. Any experience or lawyers around. What factors? Min cost for consultation?..

Some will do a flat cost for a UDRP, others are by the hour (Typical $200 - $300 / hour, but there are those that charge more/less.). UDRP's can take a good deal of time depending on the complexity and issues..

Many will do do an initial consultation for free - just ask (Probably won't be giving away the keys to the castle in a free consultation, but could keep you from spending time and energy on a lost cause.)..

Do you suggest anyone for European domain/trademark issues ?

Thanks Dave for your reply.

More precise urls with google's help.

Adam Taylor : adlexsolicitors.co.uk.

Jim Davies : belldening.com.

Jane Mutimear at Bird & Bird : twobirds.com/English/Lawyers/Pages/Jane_Mutimear1.aspx..

Indeed. Lawyers always helpful and before it I don't know about this issue. It's very useful info..

I want to know that if they are country specific? Because the law differs in regions...
