Depending on your lean, you might have 0, 1, or 2 healthy fats required for the day. The leanest ones come with 2 healthy fats, the lean ones you don't add any..

Me too but I have a strict no snack policy now and it's time for my mid-afternoon meal so I had that instead. I did have a couple of cucumber slices in vinegar though. (1 green or half cup of cucumber, 1/4 cup water and 1 tbsp cider vinegar left to marinate since lunch, just stir frequently)..

Hmm...i don't eat pickles very often but i'm wondering can a spear be considered 1/4 of a whole large dill pickle? I got a jar of large whole pickles - one seems like a lot even though there seems to be less than 1 carb.....
