YAY!.

I couldn't WAIT to wake up this morning to give the pancakes another try! .

Here is my FIRST attempt at the pancakes...(accidently used 1/2 cup of water instead of 1/4 cup).

And this is from a few minutes ago, using the CORRECT amount of water....

They were DELICIOUS..

Tiny, but scrumptious..

That does look beautiful! So glad you were able to correct the Water issue and give the Pancakes another try. I love them and have to be careful coz they are a little addictive LOL.

What a difference a little less water makes!.

Now I'm hungry for pancakes!.

I did that the first time I made them also!! I added another packet to, mixed again, split into two meals.. They came out OK, but don't look anything like yours!!!.

YUM I just ordered my first pancakes today. I can't wait to get them. I recently purchased the WF pancake syrup and I can't believe how good it is..

OMG..I just tried the pancakes and I really liked them. I can't believe it. I figured that would have a wierd vitamin mineral taste and they didn't. I added 1 tsp of baking soda and 1 egg white and just a tiny tiny bit of vanilla extract. Love them. I'll be having these more often. Kinda like a treat!.

Yeah! So nice when things turn out like medifast photos! I'm still looking for those cupcakes and fruit tarts that they have in the advertisements!.

I will be getting the pancakes in my next order and am looking forward to a daily breakfast of pancakie goodness! YUMMY!.

The plain pancakes (with a heavy sprinkle of ground cinnamon in the batter before cooking) has rapidly become one of my favorites. Hubby doesn't like 'em at all - so more for me! We just ordered more (plus i'm going to try the chocolate chip version). I don't think of them as pancakes though - I make 10 little ones out of a packet and put one squirt of ICBINB spray on each..

Also - wow, that is a work of art! Great photo, it could be in the advertisements..

I have to do another order soon I am almost out. I love the pancakes, they are great to take to work and just warm up. I eat my pancakes plain most of the times. But can't wait to try them with syrup..

Well, today is day 5 for me, and OP to boot. I've never made it an entire week before and even when I thought I was serious about it last year, I cheated my way through. So, that's why my 1st goal is to make it a week. Almost there, but struggling..

So I made the pancakes for the first time, luckily checking out this thread first! On my packet, there is a little mark that does make it look like 1/2 cup, so I'm glad I saw this and looked more thoroughly. They look like pancakes, almost taste like pancakes. Is the consensus that soaking overnight will make them fluffy? They sure are flat. I don't mind that so much, but after the first few bits, I just shoveled them in my mouth to get it finished. I'm not one for having flavored pancakes, but I'll take any suggestions to get these to taste more like pancakes! I used the butter spray and sf syrup. I think a better syrup might help - I'll look for some that ya'll have listed here..

I'll add my photo as soon as I figure out how to do that!.

Hmm, can't find where to edit my own post. So here's the photo:.

I make mine with 1/3 cup of water to make it thinner. I then roll it up to eat, sometimes making it for later in my lunch box..
