You can have only one of the green maintenance bars per day. (They are oh, so yummy!) The yellow crunch bars do not have a limit...

The crunch bars really are yummy! And the good news is that the Medifast meals are "interchangeable" they all have very similar caloric and nutritional values so we're allowed to eat 5 crunch bars per day if we'd like!.
I've found that I'll get a run on something particular, eat it really often, and then tire of it. I've also found that my tastes have changed since I first started Medifast. For instance, at first I didn't care for the Lemon crunch bars, but now I really like them! All that to say, if you try something and don't like it at first, you might want to try it again in a week or two.
Also, check out some of the great recipes that are posted in the Recipe thread. If there's a meal you don't like, you can probably find a recipe that will transform it into something wonderful!.

I'm so glad they got the Crunch bars too as they are interchangeable. I remember when only the "green" bars existed and you had to limit yourself even though they were oooh so good haha..
I agree about the crunch bars! They have made it very easy for me so far!..
The Diabetics Guide also says limit to one bar per day, if that's the plan you're on...
Before they had the crunch bars, they had other bars and you could only eat one of those a day but that was a couple years ago...
One thing to be aware of with the crunch bars though, is that the malitol in them can cause a rumbly tummy (gas or even having to run to the bathroom multiple times!). Some people can build up a tolerance (or never have any issues at all) while others can only eat one per day..
I've found I can eat up to 3 crunch bars per day with no adverse affects, as long as I spread them out and don't eat them for 3 consecutive meals...
