Do any of you get those days where you are just SO hungry you feel like eating your arm but are fearful because of the number of carbs allowed? Today I start on week four and for some reason I am hungrier than I have been in almost a month. I'm not going to cheat, have no intentions of doing so but wow, this came out of no where...

I think of a day of hunger as the day I'm losing weight. LOL Drink you water-it seems to help a lot. Good luck...

I just finished week 4 and yes, I had a day in particular where I felt I was starving all damn day. Those days sort of come and go, hang in there, tomorrow will most likely be much better...

When I was on 5&1, I found drinking extra water and distracting myself helped me push through those extra hungry days. I'd also make eggbeaters for my L&G and split it up so even though I was eating a normal L&G, it felt like more because I spread it through the day and face it, it's a lot of food!.

Now that I'm in maintenance I eat more filling foods, like leafy greens (low in cals but big on fullness) like kale chips or just plain salad greens. I still drink more water and get busy so I can push through days like this. I refuse to go off plan and break my calorie budget. I worked too hard to get to goal to blow it for something that will pass. I'm not starving after all...

I ABSOLUTELY feel this from time to time....I'm into my second month on Medifast and I had one of those days yesterday....I really think it correlates with my menstrual cycle...I get hungrier around the time I'm PMSing....but water helps....and eating an Medifast meal every two hours and then a nice protein and veggie dinner Yesterday was tough....but I was good ! Good luck to you...you will make it through...you sound committed!..

2 cups eggbeaters=1 lean. Make sure you download the meatless guide so you get the right amount of fats! Don't forget too, you can split your lean but not your fats. Meatless guide is here: http://www.medifastmedia.com/shared/...tions_list.pdf..
