You're kidding me right? I'm getting plenty of exercise running to the bathroom every 30 minutes!.

And thats ALL the exercise you're gonna get in the beginning.

Ha! No kidding, right?.

Also, it was pretty strenuous fighting against the straps keeping me in bed every night, as my stomach and mind growled together: "FEED ME!!!".

Has the need to run to the bathroom gotten any better as time went on for anyone?.

8 weeks in and I still have to run to the bathroom every 30min-1hour because of all the water I now drink.

At one point I was drinking around 100oz of water but I kept having to go to the bathroom too frequently so I cut it back closer to the recommended 64oz .....

It comes and goes. I still pee alot. But, I have "talked myself" into KNOWING that everytime I go pee, it's a few more fat cells going *down the drain* and off my butt!.

And thats enough exercise all that you will need throughout your journey lol.

The frequency has definitely reduced. I still drink tons, but my body seems willing to wait a little longer..

You know, like an hour and a half sometimes!.

10 minutes after making my post ..... I must go ....

The whole peeing issue got better for me when I changed my L&G to lunchtime instead of dinnertime. I would have 100 ounces of water by dinnertime with basically nothing in my stomach that wasn't also water-based, and I spent the whole day in the bathroom. Moved L&G to lunch and having "real" food in my stomach seems to make a huge difference in the number of trips to the bathroom.

Of course, now I'm not burning off a bunch of calories by running to the bathroom every 20 minutes so it may be a mixed blessing..

Amen to that!!! Holy Moly!.

That's not a bad thing...look at all the weight you've lost!!!.

I use my upstairs bathroom to get a little exercise, and yesterday, I actually ran up the steps for the first time in years..

This is my 7th week and I still go A LOT. I drink 125 ounces of water a day though so that might have something to do with it..
