You can eat it any time you want. You can eat any of the food any time you want. Mix it up, spread it out. Just mark your planner. Drink your water..
I just started on Tuesday the 24th and this is my schedule..
& desert about 9:00-9-30.
This is eating about every three hours and I have not been starving! Good Luck!.

You're smart to space your meals out...but not too far out! If you ate lunch at 11:30, I would have a snack about 3:30, then dinner around 6, and snack later that evening aound 10p depends on when you go to bed. I space everything about 4 hours out, and make sure that I eat something about an hour or so before bed. It's trial and error, so free to experiment. I will share two things that really help me if I feel hungry between those meal times V8 juice and popcorn! I will have V8 if I'm really hungry and waited a little too long to eatI'll drink that before I fix my dinner if needed. And if I'm hungry even though I've had a snack at night, I will have a 1/2 cup popcorn with spray butter so filling! I take a little brown lunch bag, put about 2 tsps of kernels in, fold bag over, put in microwave for about 1 min 50 seconds or so (keep close watch), take out and apply spray butter.
