Wake up 60 min earlier?.
I have 2 toddlers at home, work 45 hours a week, have a husband with a rotating schedule and also is in the reserves so hes gone a lot. I make dinner, clean, pay the bills, entertain the kids, food shop, etc etc. I still work out..
I wake up an hour earlier before anyone wakes up..
I also make to do listsevery day right after my workout, it helps keep me focused. If I can't get something done that day, it rolls over to tomorrow's list..
I used to hate to exercise too...but now, I love it. I love how I feel after it. I love how it sets my mood for the day and I LOVE what it's doing for my body..
