But to open a public auction could also subject you to fraud. You made an agreement (IE- a contract) and you are cybersquatting, so it does not matter if you sold the name to someone else, YOU can still be help liable and Toyota can still come after you for monetary damages. Additionally, teh buyer can come after you for damages because Toyota can go after them. So why would you rock the boat?..
