RRS makes the same thing called 'BUSHING' for $5..
There may have been one with the head, otherwise they are or should be readily available at a competent photo supplier. B&H has them, lots of different sources and one wonders given the broad price differences if any of them are really any different..
A local hardware store might well have them but might not recognize them as tripod bushings. 3/8"x16 to 1/4"x20 I think "UNC but not sure...

UNC for sure: stands for UNified Coarse.
If you see only "3/8" and not "3/8-16" that's cool. The thread count is sometimes unspecified for coarse thread because those are standard...
