I'm only into my second week so I haven't tried a huge variety yet, so i'm basically looking to see what's the most popular so that I know what to try for my next order.

My TOP 5 (again, I haven't tried much, so my list will look pretty lame LOL):.

1. Smores Crunch Bars.

2. Hot cocoa (but I use it to make SHAKES, not hot cocoa).

3. Chicken Noodle soup (although I really want to try the beef stew and chilli).

4. Apple cinnamon soy crisps.

5. Vanilla pudding (although I really want to try the chocolate and banana).

My 5 (ok, well 3 since I haven't tried much) LEAST favorite:.

1. Peach Oatmeal (bitter and nasty for some reason).

2. Honey Mustard Pretzels (weird and bitter).

3. Swiss Mocha Shake (tooooooo sweet)..

Top 5:.

Worst 5:.

1. Eggs*.

2. Maryland Crab Soup.

3. Chili*.

4. Swiss Mocha Shake*.

5. Fruit and Nut Bar*.

I marked with an * the ones I've only tried once. I usually change my mind about the stuff I used to hate (such as the Honey Mustard Pretzels) if I put it aside and give it another try later on, but my experiences with those were so bad, I would never purchase a whole box to make myself learn to like it...

So much of it is about personal preferences- there is not one Medifast meal that everyone hates and not one Medifast meal everyone loves..

1. Hot Cocoa.

2. PB Crunch Bars.

3. Chocolate Pudding.

4. Mom. Capp.

5. Choc Crunch Bars.

Least Favs:.

Peach Oatmeal.

Banana Shakes.

Chai Latte.

HM Pretzels.

Lemon Bars.

It would probably be good to note that I'm not a fan of peaches (even my grandma's homemade peach pie), don't like anything banana flavored, dislike lemon desserts, and have always intensely hated honey mustard. So really, the only thing that surprised me about my least favorites was the Chai Latte. That being said, I if I was given a free box of it, I would find away to eat any Medifast meal...

I've been doing Medifast for 2 weeks and 2 days! I also did the variety pack...unfortunately, I didn't get into the site soon enough to change my order prior to them getting it ready to ship. So, if you're on automatic shipment, just be sure to go change your order soon enough before they 'lock' your order in to get ready to ship..

1. Cappucinno.

2. Bars (PB crunch, oatmeal raisin, fruit, strawberry, choc. mint is what I've tried and I like them all).

3. Chili (I add a little extra water to make it more soupy rather than so thick and add some chili powder and a little boullion).

4. Chicken noodle soup.

5. Wild rice soup.

The eggs aren't my fav, but I do like them, but have only cooked them on the stove as I saw that suggested a lot on this site..

1. Apple Cinn. oatmeal (I tried this 2-3 times and felt I was chasing every bite with waterI made the cookies on the side of the box and they are more tolerable so at least I'm not wasting it).

That's really the only think I really don't like at all. I've been hesitant to even try the other oatmeals, because of this one. Good luck!..

I love reading about what everyone likes/dislikes. Isn't it funny how the lists are so different? Lately I keep eating the same things over and over; mainly because it is simple and easy but also because I don't think to mix any shakes..

I know my tastes and I've tried to only order foods and flavors that generally appeal to me. So far I've been pretty successful - with only 1 exception. But I totally agree with you - that it's all about focusing on the goal. So keeping that in mind, here are my 5 and 5:.

1) Cinnamon Pretzel Sticks.

2) Chili Cheese Nacho Puffs.

3) Hot Chocolate.

4) Chai Latte.

5) All of the Oatmeals - ONLY as muffins or pancakes.

5) That's it so far - still have lots of foods to try..

Please excuse my ignorance. I'm new to Medifast and to the Board abbreviations and lingo. Does HM mean homemade? What does COT mean and what is an LC wedge? Thanks in advance for your help!..

Love the vanilla shake with some cinnamon sprinkled on. The cappuccino (with a sprinkle of cinnamon also) is really good - once I learned to mix very well and let sit a minute or so to get rid of any grittiness. Now I love 'em.

Also, today, finally tried the cream of broccoli and it was actually good, next time I would use a little less water to make it a little thicker. Chicken noodle is still the fav.

Dislike the orange shake.

I, too, was afraid of the scrambled eggs as I only eat eggs with lots of cheese and veggies. I must say that I was totally surprised when I finally tried these. The texture is absolutely wonderful (follow instructions) and I sprinkled chives on them. Seriously, they turned out great and, like I said, I'm usually a hater....) Try them, I'll bet you will be surprised, too...

Johnnise: I think a LC wedge is laughing cow cheese, and COT is cream of tomato. But I don't know what HM is.

It's so much fun seeing what everyone else likes and dislikes! I think I might be the only one who LOVES the Lemon Meringue Crunch bars. I couldn't think of 5 things that I absolutely love and completely dislikemost of the stuff falls right in the middle for mebut here's what I came up with:.

Things I simply cannot eat:.

- Swiss Mocha Shake.

- ALL Oatmeals.

I haven't tried the pretzels or puffs yet, but as a lover of most things salty and crunchy, they'll probably be right up there with the rest of my favorites...

Have been mixing things up and have tried many different foods..

The only thing I wouldn't order again is the strawberry shakes and orange shakes.

This is almost fun, would really be cool to have some official rating like products on amazon do so newbies could kind of decide based on others preferences. Obviously everyone is different but you can definitely see trends. One thing is I would tell everyone to at least try different things anyway and if you don't like you can always exchange. I haven't tried alot yet but so far.

Dutch chocolate shake.

Hot cocoa.

Pb crunch bars.

Orange shake.

(And I wasn't even big chocolate lover before starting MF! lol).

*Strawberry shake.

*Chicken noodle soup.

*Oatmeal raisin crunch bar.

*Strawberry crunch bar..

It's so true everyone's tastes are *so* varied! The one constant I've seen, though, is that a lot of people love the Chocolate Mint and PB crunch bars and I haven't seen one person say that they outright hate them. Seems like they're the most popular! Definitely among my faves, as well...

My favorites:.

1.) Peanut Butter Crunch Bar (far and away, the best! wish I had rationed more of them from my first order, but I ordered 2 more boxes and can't wait!).

2) Oatmeal Raisin Crunch Bar (my next go-to item that I love to have handy).

3) Oatmeals: I have it every day for breakfast.

TIP: I know a lot of people HATE them and so did I, at first but the trick is in preparing them properly. You MUST add more water to them than the directions say and do not microwave them boil water and pour it into the oatmeal. I add a ton more water and keep stirring. At first, it seems watery, but it very quickly thickens up. Sometimes, I'll even add a little more water after letting it set for about a minute. Finally, I top it off with some cinnamon.

Trust me you have to experiment sometimes! However, if you don't even like Quaker Oatmeal, you definitely won't like Medifast oatmeal!.

4.) Chocolate and Vanilla Shakes again, prepare them properly for the best taste! So delicious after mixing in the blender with 6 oz of cold water and 5 ice cubes. Icy, creamy, and sweet, I make it last longer by drinking it with a straw!.

5.) Chocolate Mint Crunch Bar have always loved mint and chocolate together!.

Honorable Mentions: Both flavors of Puffs with so much sweet stuff, it was nice to get something savory! Just tried them once, but I think they'll grow on me!.

My least favorites:.

1.) ANY soup tried to eat a few, but just disliked the flavor. Actually exchanged them for other stuff..

2.) Cappuccino tried a few times, even though I'm not really a coffee drinker, but I just couldn't stomach the texture. It had all these weird clumps in it, even after I stirred really well for a long time!.

3.) Chocolate Pudding liked the intial taste, but really hated the weird chemical aftertaste... yuck!.

4.) Strawberry and Orange Shakes tried both once and hated them, so I also exchanged these..

5.) Don't like artificial banana flavor, so I didn't even try the Banana Shake instead of returning them, I blended them for my fiance with milk and strawberries and he loved them! (Of course, he's not on MF, but at least I could make him a healthy dessert! ).

Looking forward to trying: BROWNIES!..

My top 5 favorite:.

1. Smores Bars.

2. Hot Cocoa (mixed with Starbucks Via).

3. Parmesan Cheese Puffs (Chili cheese are good, but I like these better).

4. Cinnamon Pretzels (pretty inconsistent with weight though watch out).

5. Chocolate Mint Bars (second bar I usually reach for).

Least Favorites.

1. Chicken Noodle Soup (Doesn't actually have chicken in it, kinda scares me to be honest).

2. Lemon Bars (way too lemony sweet? Not sure but that flavor is strong).

3. Momentum Chai (I like Chai from Starbucks, but this Chai is pretty bad).

4. Momentum Infusers (Alot of people like these, I thought they were gross, Crystal Light is so much better).

5. Carmel Crunch (least flavorful, and strangest texture out of all the bars, probably why most people dislike them).

I don't like cream of anything soups, or eggs, so I never tried the Medifast versions but i'd imagine I would'nt like them. I've noticed anything your not really fond of, you REALLY won't like the Medifast version. The thing that I really changed my opinion on was banana flavored although, once I started mixing banana shakes/pudding with other shake/pudding flavors + cinnamon as well they started becoming tolerable to really good. I also haven't tried any of the cold drinks because most people complain about them...

A spoon will just move the clumps around- if you want to break them, use a whisk!.

Or you can add the water VERY slowly, forming almost a paste at first...

Magic bullet helps all the drinks and eggs.

*UPDATING my list a little now that i've tried some other stuff!*.

My TOP 5:.

1. Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Bars.

2. Hot cocoa (but I use it to make SHAKES, not hot cocoa).

3. Smores Crunch Bars.

4. Eggs (but NOT microwaved - I add boiling water, stir well and then cook on the stove).

5. Chicken Noodle soup (again, NOT just microwaved. I add boiling water, let it sit, then microwave, sit again).

Isn't it funny how different everyone's tastes are? Very interesting... Well, here are mine! Although the favorites seem to change from day to day.

Cinnamon Pretzel sticks.

Honey Mustard Pretzel sticks.

Hot Cocoa.

Peanut Butter Bar/Caramel Crunch Bar.

Least Favorite.

Any soup other than Chicken that one!.

Chai Latte (either one although I figured out how to choke it down by making it into a shake cake and spreading a little light cream cheese on top).

Cinnamon Roll Crunch Bar.

Banana Pudding.

Vanilla Pudding..

To get rid of clumps in the hot drinks, (i would gag on them, gross) blend them in the magic bullet first and then microwave til hot....I guarantee you will not have one clump and enjoy so much better......

I could eat the brownie morning, noon, and night. I just wish it was a bigger portion!.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes.

My favorite breakfast! A pain to prepare though when I'm in a rush for work, so it's my weekend treat!.

Hot Cocoa.

ONLY if it's blended properly, and with a little mint extract. YUM!.

Parmesean Puffs.

My mid-afternoon snack almost everyday. Gives me the crunch, salt, and cheese satisfaction..

S'more Crunch Bar.

I've only had this ONCE (borrowed one of my mom's) and it's my favorite bar! Can't wait for my box!.

All Crunch Bars.

Except the S'more (LOVE) and the Caramel (DISLIKE). They're all so tasty!.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.

My weekday breakfast. It's nice and sweet and oatmeal has always been a favorite of mine..

Chocolate Pudding.

I was skeptical, but if it's made right it's really, really good! I have to chill it first though for about an hour..

Scrambled Eggs.

They taste like scrambled eggs. Who knew? I always ate some cheese with mine though, so I try to limit them..

Strawberry Lemonaide Infuser.

Okay, I know it's not a meal, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! It's what helps me get my water in! Yummy!.

All Shakes.

They don't blend right and come out chalky. The flavors are questionable too. But they make good muffins!.

All Soups.

They're edible, but I really am not a fan. But I cook with them all like crazy!.

Honey Mustard & Cinnamon Pretzels.

They're just ... blah. Very dry, and taste like straight up soy. I mean I know that's what they are, but still!.

Caramel Crunch Bar.

Dry, dry, dry, dry, dry, and doesn't taste like caramel. DUMB. I gave mine to my mom, hahaa..

Tropical Punch.

I was SO looking forward to this. But it's thick. And bland. And has an aftertaste. It's a shake in disguise!..
