Then read all the plan materials listed on the downloads list.) Milk is a condiment, so you can have 1 tablespoon as one condiment. You get 3 condiments per day. You'll have to wait until transition before being able to have more than that. It is too high in carbs for the 5-1 portion of the program..
But enjoy your 3 tablespoons! Luckily, they also don't allow Oreo cookies or we'd be screwed..
LOL! I'd have been in some serious trouble if I could have had Oreos, with or without the milk, while on the 5+1! Of course, I was in some serious trouble because of Oreos before the 5+1.....

The diabetic plans (4&2&1 or 5&2&2) have milk as a healthy snack option. You can find the diabetic guide in the same spot as the condiment downloads (Success Tools -> Eat Right). But only a condiment on 5&1....
