Contrats! I just started my 2nd week and could not be happier. I had a 6 lb reduction. I hate to use the word "loss" as usually when you lose something you want to find it again. Not Me!!.
GREAT job! It's always a boost to have that initial big drop! I lost 10 pounds my first week of 100% OP - and continue to see nice drops on the weeks when I don't deviate! Stay focused! Medifast works if you follow it the way it's written..
