The banana shakes (momentum) taste better in my opinion. Also, what is your day like. It took a long time for me to get into ketosis and for the first few weeks I split my L & G. For instance:.
Wake up at 7 - have coffee.
Get to work at 9:00 Medifast muffins made with oatmeal and vanilla shake (I split it in 1/2 so one serving is 6 mini muffins).
11:00 - Medifast Crunch Bar.
1:00 - 1 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup of diced cucumber, 2 oz of shrimp, diet salad dressing of choice (I like the spritzers).
3:00 - Medifast pudding.
5:00 Dinner - other 5 oz of shrimp with 1 cup steamed aspargus.
7:00 Medifast Meal (Usually a shake).
9:00 Medifast COC soup made into chips with 2 weges of Lite Lauging Cow Cheese.
In this scenario you are eating every two hours so it makes it very difficult to be hungry. See if this helps! Good luck to you!..
I had the same shake this morning, I guess it's a matter of taste because I think it's fine. I do add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon to it... I love all things cinnamon...
I've never tried those, but maybe DaVinci sugar free syrups in one of the many different flavors would jazz it up. I enjoy the raspberry in the other vanilla shakes...
I just started the program and got the variety pack. It really is amazing how different everyones taste is. I think the vanilla and the orange creme are gross. I'm not throwing anything away, so this morning, I mixed two vanillas with an orange cream and added some SF davinci coconut syrup (it's what I had on hand). This made three shakes and they are pretty good. Not "I can't wait to reorder more of these" good, but definitely palatable.
