A thermos for making the soups in the morning so they are nice and plumped up by lunch time...
I have done this since day 1. Best investment ever!..
I agree with the thermos idea. I have that from day one as well..
Also, invest in a stick/emersion blender. It is great for blending soup, pudding, shakes and other drinks. Takes out all lumps...
Hot sauce, especially for the soups/stews. Even if you can't stand the taste, you get quite a lot of hot sauce as a condiment, and that can help you eat through a type of food you don't like. It also helps to warm me up inside, as I started getting chilly about 10 pounds ago..
Herbal teas. There are some awesome teas out there that can be a treat. You just have to make sure that you can have what's in them...
I use a Cinnamon spice blend in addition to SF Gingerbread syrup to make things festive this time of year..

I also would mention using eBates.com plus online Medifast coupon codes to get great deals on your food..
Finally, get a water container you really like and figure out how many times you need to fill and drink it to get the minimum 64 oz in per day. The water consumption really does help especially in the beginning..
