Yes they are yummy! I particularly like the chocolate chip pancakes and often make them into muffins. It is much easier to do in the microwave when at work!..
Aren't they AWESOME!>!>!>!>!>!.
We'd given anything to have those 4 years ago!!!!!!.
Brownies, pancakes, softserve, pretzels, puffs. Dang! Medifast is EASY PEASY now~!..
How do you cook them? On a griddle? Microwave?..
I cook ours in teflon pan. (DH eats them, too!).
Perfect, just like little pancakes, just love em!..
My Sunday morning treat: A double-portion of pancakes (makes about 6 three-inch pancakes), and Walden Farms pancake syrup or Blueberry Syrup. Seems almost like the old times! And only about 200 calories! Phenomenal !..
Oh, NO! Now, my DH will want double servings now!!!!! ROTFLMAO!!!!..
I add about 1/4 tsp baking powder and they plump up beautifully!!!!.
L-O-V-E my pancakes!!!..
My next batch is going to be half pancakes, half brownies and made in the waffle iron...
I actually added a raspberry crystal light to the mix and made a muffin,fabulous!!!!!..
WOW! I agree withJohn31. I just got my new shipment today (Monday), and I had to try the chocolate chip pancakes TODAY! I was going through transition (for surgery) when they came out. I have waited since July to order the pancakes and peanut butter soft serve. It was worth the wait, both yummy, but I have to admit I liked the pancakes best. I ordered the plain pancakes, too. Guess I will try them tomorrow...
Ok, I was a bit skeptical of pancakes at first, but this thread has convinced me to give them a try. Please tell me your tips on making them in the microwave, as sometimes I can be way too lazy to cook (sometimes I think this is why Medifast is so easy for me - I can't be bothered to cook, so my bars and shakes just replace take out!).
Also, which pancakes do you guys like best - chocolate chip or plain?.
Thanks,.
Lauren..
I was skeptical too but they are very good...
I really enjoy the pancakes too. I added some pumpkin pie spice tonight....wonderful with the sf maple syrup..
The kids say they smell like real pancakes. Last week I had two pans going...mine and their regular ones...
I really like them when they come out right, but they never seem to be the same. Most of the time, they are more like crepes than pancakes. It seems like I use the same method each time. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I haven't tried using baking powder yet; maybe next time that will do the trick...
I LOVE them too! YUM!.
The trick to getting them thicker is to let them sit for awhile. Works every time!..
I too am lazy and don't like doing dishes! I tried BOTH flavors but prefer the original. I mix in my shaker cut per instructions on packet. Let sit for a minute them pour onto a paper plate or bowl sprayed with a little Pam. I think I microwave 65 seconds or until not battery in center. Remove and top with a tiny bit of SF syrup. YUMMO! Est right off the paper plate or paper bowl! No mess..
