Well, it's tough to say great to see you when I know you hoped to not have to come back to lose again. I also don't want to say sorry, because I'm glad to see you again. *sigh* You know what I mean....
You're absolutely right though you are catching it before it gets out of hand and you're taking action to correct it. That's a positive solution. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be aware and work at it. Welcome back to the family.
Emma..
I'm proud of you for nipping this in the bud and jumping right on that old bandwagon. I'll bet there are many stories out there from people who had wished they had jumped back on much sooner than later.so pat yourself on the back for making a great decision...
I stay active more reading here every day than posting now. This maintenance thing is a killer. Come over to the T&M forum and join in the counting on maintaining. It is mostly chatter, some venting, some advice, etc.
I'm glad you got in front of that 7 pounds before it became 17...
Welcome back! I, too, am a return Medifast customer. My weight gain was due to getting pregnant before I had a chance to go into T&M, so I am a bit apprehensive about the whole T&M phases. Good luck and congratulations on nipping the weight gain in the bud!..
Eventhough I am no where near T&M, I am still nervous. My dh and I are using Medifast and making lifestyle changes. It is exciting everytime I lose a pound but I am scared of reaching goal and then keeping it off eventhough we are making positive changes...
How awesome that you are back now and not 10 or 20 pounds down the road. Welcome back!..
I am glad you are catching it now! You can expect these little bumps in maintenance, the trick is to not let 7 pounds become 10 and 10 become 20!! You can beat this, you know you can!!..
I'm sorry that you regained but awesome job getting right back on the wagon!..
