Medifast food swap?

Want the Latest Medifast Coupons Every Month?

Enter your email address below and we'll send you the latest coupon codes to save on Medifast every month. We'll even give a lucky person a month supply of free food.

I ordered one of the packages when to start MF. There is a lot I don't like. Oatmeal, brownies, soups. Since I can't return it and it cost so much, makes sense to me to have a way to swap foods.

Any thoughts?..

If you have only had 1 packet from each box you can return it or exchange it within 30 days...

You can't do that on this forum Medifast rules but you can send them back and exchange them or what you do like the instructions on how to do it are on the invoice...

Thanks, I'll check into exchanging things. I don't have any packaging info so hopefully it's not too late!..

I exchanged some food without a packing slip a few past 30 days and they were really cool about it. Just give Customer Service a call...

Ya, I wished we had a swap too. I see so many people say such and such is in the back of my closet. It's such a waste and this stuff isn't all that cheap! A box being $15.00! I'd rather give it away then waste it, ya know?..

Thanks for the info girls.. I have 3 FULL boxes of chili and I dont think I can live through that!..

We should be able to trade. I have two boxes (minus one) of cinnamon bars I don't love. I'm good about choking down things (gets rid of an empty stomach) but we should be able to privately trade...

I'm sure Medifast has reasons for not allowing this on their site. Liability is probably a big one. You can certainly set up a place on another website where you can trade to your hearts content, you just can't do it here. Keep in mind that we are playing in MF's house free of charge. Like everyone, their house has rules. How often will you tell your kids "My house my rules"? The same applies here...

Ya know, your taste buds will change. Day 1 I had oatmeal and swore that I would never eat that nasty, metallicy tasting junk again. I now have it every day Put the stuff you don't like away and try it in a couple of weeks-your view may be different...

If you can't exchange them, sell them on Ebay. That is what I did with the foods I hated...

You can attempt to set up trades via craigs list as well....

Or if you have people who want to start the diet, you can give them samples...

That's what i've done, I find that lots of people want to try and everyone likes some food products.... esp that I don't like......
