This is good to know - I just got my first order, but I had put the crab soup on my order for next month. Then I got scared that it would be absolutely horrid and took it off. I think I'll add it back now.....

Yep, I have liked the crab soup from the beginning. My recommendations...make sure you get it nice and hot, then I like to add just a splash of cajun seasoning. Yum...

Haha, I'm eating the crab soup right now! I'm going to have a very busy night off my normal routine (theater ticket! yay!), so I added in some canned crab as part of my lean and a half cup of green peppers plus a dash of creole seasoning. The last time I had it, I had a healthy fat left to eat and threw in a laughing cow wedgeit was creamy almost like a chowder or stew!..

I guess I'm in the minority here... I do not like the crab soup, but I love the chicken noodle. I have a couple of packets of crab soup left over, maybe I'll try it one more time with some of that Cajun seasoning...

Love the crab soup (and chili), despise the chicken noodle and can tolerate the beef stew but probably won't order it again...

The crab soup is my favorite soup! Love it with several shakes of the pepper but will try the cajun seasoning too. Just tried the Cream of Broccoli that I bought just a sample of...not bad!..

I am trying to be more open minded to trying all the foods. The crab is probably the only one I won't try because I hate seafood. I tried the cream of chicken today and it tasted good. I was worried it wouldn't fill me up so I wrapped 1 ounce of turkey in a lettuce leaf and ate it with the soup (deducted from my L&G). I felt very satisfied.

I think I'm going to try mixing together a cream of chicken and a chicken noodle and then split it into two meals. I used to do that with campbell's soup and loved the creaminess mixed with the noodles...

I use it on special occasions for making crab cakes. Its a L&MF, not a L&G, but I just swap it around to stay within 5&1...

Eagle how do you make the crab cakes?.

I didn't think I would like the crab soup so I didn't order it. My friend had some and we did a Medifast swap. I really liked it. I even like the chicken noodle. Whats funny is I don't even really like soup go figure Medifast made me like soup. LoL..
