Do you put anything in yours to doctor it up? I put tobasco in mine today, but wondered if I should try other things. It just doesn't taste "salty" enough, and I DO NOT want to reach for my salt shaker..

Salt! Why would you avoid your salt shaker, Toni? Unless you have a medical condition, there's no reason to avoid a little bit. It will cause you to retain a small amount of water, but it won't slow weight loss. For me, in the face of losing 100 pounds, I really could give a crap about a little retained water.

I add chicken "Better than Bouillon" and Tony Chachere's seasoned salt. Yum!..

I put "slap yo' mama HOT" cajun seasoning in mine, and Freya's Better than Bullion...makes it awesome!..

I like to add a serving of veggies (half cup of cooked broccoli or celery or spinach). And a little bouillon...

I'm a tabasco addict on this plan! I also will add a dash of salt. I've used Better than Boullion as well and agree it's the way to go. You have to find it, it's a gel (not powder) that's made from actual meat/bones, and gives such a rich flavor and it's organic/fat free... Google it! They even have vegetarian and Kosher varieties.

I love the beef with a slice of onion (voila! French onion soup)!..

I am an advocate of the hot sauce too... that and Jalepeno's.... everything tends to bland so the more flavor the better.....

I like to add a small bit of chicken bouillon and sometimes some veggies from my green. I really do like the chicken noodle soup. By the way, the chicken and wild rice is OK but the chicken noodle is better, IMO...

I add cinnamon or a tsp of hot peppers. Cinnamon is a fat burner spice and hot peppers are fat burners too...

I always add a little bit of veggies and some ceyanne pepper. Sometimes I add cinnamon and nutmeg...

Yeah, don't feel bad about adding a little salt, for heavens sake! I add a little bit of chopped leftover chicken, or morningstar farms crumbles, as well as a Tbsp or 2 of leftover veggies, a dash of cayenne and a dash or 2 of celery salt, or seasoned salt, or salt salt. Yummy. And more satifying than just the packet with water...
