You're doing great! only 10 more lbs. until you reach your new goal. my goal is 130 right now, but I might lower it to 125 when I get closer. I agree with you, Medifast is awesome!.
Congratz! That's great work.
I started my goal weight low and may actually end up raising it as I near it. I haven't been 118 since high school and have no idea what I will look like now as I approach that. But since I am short, it should be about right..
That is SO awesome! I have been toying with setting a new goal weight myself. I started with 168 as my goal, because THAT was 110 pounds to lose and I could not even fathom losing more than that, but now with 19 left, I am thinking... gee. This is doable, maybe I can get lower..
Diana, you have done fantastic on MF! I'm very happy for you!!!!.
Yes, you have done great...I myself am thinking about going down to a smaller goal weight. Keep up the good work..
Hi everyone! I've been reading your posts and am wondering what you think of my reported 'goal' weight of 199.9. My ultimate goal is 140-150ish but I haven't been below 200 in....um.....over 10 years. Sooo, I thought it might be fun to make my initial goal just past 200. '31' pounds looks soooo much more do-able than 85 (right now).
I'm back at it, day 4 of my new, 'abstinent' mindset, after losing 45 pounds a couple of years ago. It seems every time I get close to 200 I derail, sabatage myself or something. Not sure what that's all about, fear of success maybe? .
Anyhoo, just thought I'd throw in a different perspective about 'goal' and see what you all thought.
You ALL have done GREAT, by the way!!! Congragtulations and keep up the great work!.
Good for you! I'm lowering my goal weight as well. Quite frankly, I had my doubts that I could get down to 180, only because the last time I was at a healthy weight for my frame and height I was 168 and figured I wouldn't be able to get down to that again. At this point though, I'm thinking it might be possible *knock on wood,* so why not..
I just lowered my goal weight too...now my bmi will be in the healthy range when I get there!!.
