Tonight- Steak and blue cheese stuffed baby bella's with mashed cauli and asparagus.

Saturday-Roasted Mozzerella and tomatoe with pesto and grilled chicken with broccolli.

Sunday-Date night (get out of the house before the goblins show up) Actually we are lucky to get 5 so we are just going out instead...

I just tried salmon for the first time at a training in Sundance Utah and fell inlove with it.

I took my DD to Red Lobster over the weekend and order grilled Salmon yum..

I bought a box of frozen salmon at Sams and have had it three times this week. Last night I made mashed cauliflower..

It's my new fast to prepare favorite lean..

This weekend being Halloween I'll be making a huge crock pot of Turkey chili and have the grandparents over. DD is moving back home this weekend so it's a welcome home meal...

Tonite I grilled a turkey burger with a slice of cheese and put in in a portablla mushroom,goin to have to add some veggies..

Tonight I'm having steak with a salad. I haven't planned out the weekend yet but it will probably be chicken with broccoli tomorrow night and pork chop with a salad on Sunday. I'm simple in my choices. I don't stray much from the same few choices...

Teaching a class tonight, so gonna get the George Foreman out and do some Talapia and broccoli. Easy to warm up later. As for the rest of the weekend, I haven't thought that far ahead....I've got plenty in the freezer to choose from. I'm very structured on my Medifast meals....I divide them up in day-marked baggies as soon as the boxed arrive at my door. No deviation from what's in the bag....however, with my L & G I go with whatever I feel like out of the many choices in my frig/freezer. I am only on day 9, but this seems to work for me....I do my best "dieting" with limitied choices and limited opportunities to cheat! HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!..

I always like to do the cauliflower pizza on Friday nights. But I also have fresh scallops I just got today, so I might do them tonight or tomorrow as kabobs with zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes.

I don't know about Sunday yet, but I'm planning to do some Medifast baking and hopefully some L&G soupmaking to get a headstart on next week...

I do a lean top round steak. Take the stems out of your baby bella's. Chop really fine. I chop two ounce of steak and mix with 1 oz reduced fat crumbled blue cheese and 2 tablespoons bolthouse farms yogurt blue cheese dressing. Fill each mushroom with the steak mix then I sprinkle the fine stem crumbs on top (in place of any bread) and drizzle a very little bit of butter buds (the powder that you mix with water to make "butter") bake at 400 for 30 minutes then put under high broil for a couple minutes. This recipe is for DH and I so I still have to figure the rest of my steak and green portions. I am a little over with condiments on this meal but I log everything to still fall below guidleines...

Tonight I am having an omelet made with eggbeaters, turkey sausage, spinach, mushrooms, and some laughing cow cheese..

Saturday I am planning on steak, green beans and a small salad..

Sunday I think I will have some stirfry shrimp with cabbage, mushrooms and Seal Sama sugar free terriyaki sauce..

Tonight is a chicken taco salad. Tomorrow I don't know yet. Sunday will be roast chicken and broccoli...

Well saturday I think I'm going to try and make and have that broccoli frittata....and then on Sunday string cheese and salad lol...I know bland right haha!!..

Tonight is a steak stirfry with green peppers, zuchinni and spinache with light soy sauce..

Sat: Chicken breast cooked in crock pot with cabbage and various vegetables..

Sunday: steak and salad..

Tonight = salmon, asparagus, cucumber salad.

Saturday = cauliflower crust pizza (the family is having take-out pizza).

Sunday = chicken/veggie stir fry (the family is having chicken fried rice)..

Tonight: turkey soup with zuchini, yellow squash and mushrooms.

Saturday: cilantro salmon w/ roasted peppers.

Sunday: I have no idea...

Yummm... it all sounds so gook and I'm jealous. I'm getting a tooth pulled this afternoon, so I figure I won't have any L&G for a few days. I did have chicken and salad for lunch today however. So... I'll be on 6 Medifast meals all weekend..
