I just noticed that this thread was under 'Parking and Traffic Monetization', so my message is probably in the wrong place. I just saw that it was the 'Official Thread' for Sedo.com, in retrospect it would maybe be more appropriate as a new thread under 'Domain Discussion' or 'Domain Newbies'.
Unfortunately I don't see a way to move it to one of these other areas. Perhaps a mod could do it?.

I would think you'll need to get in touch w/ sedo support on this matter.
Specially if they have charged your card for the purchase, doubt they'd answer you about this here. Good Luck...

I have tried contacting them through the methods I could find on their website and searching google, however they have not gotten back to me. I was hoping someone here might have a phone number or alternative e-mail address that would be more likely to get answered.

Those are the phone numbers found in the whois for Sedo.com and Sedo.de respectively. Not sure how much luck you'll have, but it's worth a shot to try to ring them up...

There might be an extra 1 in that number... I'm not sure how US numbers are setup to dial internationally. I know here in the states, that number would just be 617-499-7200. I thought the +1 was the country code, so I'm not sure what that other 1 is for, but maybe it is needed, lol. Anyway, yeah Sedo is in EST which is -5 GMT so try to call back within business hours and maybe you'll be able to get this resolved. Being that it is the weekend doesn't help you get this sorted out any faster unfortunately. But best of luck!..
They finally got back to me 6 days after the initial issue and contact. It appears that my account was flagged (and closed) for security reasons as I am travelling in Australia but my address was listed in the UK.
I am a little disappointed that they took so long to get back to me and unilaterally closed my account without any attempt at contact. I have now flagged to the transfer agent that I am traveling, so hopefully this time round things will be more successful.
