I would like to know the answer to that too. I think your fine...
I'm not sure about mine? I got iphone-aka.com a while ago ?
Well it's a free country to do whatever you want, however, I would strongly recommend staying away from TM'd domains, all it takes is Apple to take you to court and you'd be in a lot of trouble!.
Take a look at the cases Apple has won for their domains being used without their consent!..
Iphonecase(s) is a little too much on the money for it not to cause you trouble further down the line, as Iphone now is internationally recognised as an Apple brand and there is not much you could do with it apart from trade on their name and trademark.
You would be able to use BestPhoneCases and sell iphone cases under that banner, but you are better waiting for someone who better understands the legalities of these situations.
But for now, I would keep well away from them.
General rule of thumb is that if you think something might be a bad idea or you have to ask someone then it usually is..
I'll switch gears on this one, so Sparhawke doesn't beat me up, and quote from the relevant European Trademark Directive: OAMI-ONLINE - Article 6 - Limitation of the effects of a trade mark.
Article 6 - Limitation of the effects of a trade mark.
1. The trade mark shall not entitle the proprietor to prohibit a third party from using, in the course of trade,.
1. his own name or address;.
2. indications concerning the kind, quality, quantity, intended purpose, value, geographical origin, the time of production of goods or of rendering of the service, or other characteristics of goods or services;.
3. the trade mark where it is necessary to indicate the intended purpose of a product or service, in particular as accessories or spare parts; provided he uses them in accordance with honest practices in industrial or commercial matters..
