Well after reading this site for many days, the success stories, the rates of regaining and so on. I decided to take the plunge and order for a month. I have done weight watchers and done well but the problem was that once I hit goal they didn't give me much follow up with how I should eat my points. I could eat 5 100 calories packs and get the points. They were ok with that. That is not healthy..

I started eating badly again after falling of the wagon and couldn't get back to the basics. I am still down some from the original number but I want to be at goal. I am going below the goal weight that I said with ww and going to my REAL goal of 135 lbs. That is a personal goal for me because at that weight I can ride medium ponies for my trainer. We always have ponies and I can never ride them because of my size..

Awesome! Welcome to MF! I hope you get your food quickly so you can get started! You will love this plan. I did WW one time for about a month. It was such a pain! This is nice and easy to follow and it works! Good luck and losses to you!.

Welcome to Medifast from WW, kemahaney! My wife and I did WW before Medifast and I lost 65 Pounds over nine months, then put 55 back on over the next two years while still going to WW meetings. Kept within my points, but did not eat the right balance of foods...too many carbs. Started Medifast nearly 3 months ago and the results have been amazing. I tied my low point from WW this week and doc took me off blood pressure and cholesterol meds. Never happened while on WW. I am sold on Medifast and you will do just great!.

YAY for starting Medifast! I believe that if you follow the plan you will lose weight and learn how to eat to keep it off in the process! I did WW before this as well. And I would bank all my points for one massive doughnut! Not healthy at all! Praying you have a great experience with Medifast and that you are able to reach the healthy you in no time at all!.

Welcome! I did WW for 3 years and lost about 30 pounds then stalled for almost 2 years. Came here and I finally got to goal. Now I'm going through the 2nd phase of Medifast, transition where you're weaned off the Medifast foods and back onto normal foods. It's certainly a lesson in eating the right way! I learned so much more about food and why I wasn't losing on WW. I am confident I will maintain my losses as the maintenance program that is the 3rd and final part of Medifast has all I need to ensure I do. I loved 5&1, I'm loving the rest too..

Congratulations on deciding to give Medifast a go. Just remember on any diet, it's the commitment and determination that make you a success. It's a proven FACT that Medifast works if you work MF. My best advice, never cheat, once you do it opens that ugly door..

Welcome to MF! I am an ex WW'er, and I also learned how to "cheat" that system and still lose weight. This program is making me choose the healthier choices, and finally break that bond with food that I have had for so long.

Good luck!.
