This is my third day and I have been OP so far. I haven't looked at labels for anything- I've just been relying on the nifty little charts they gave me. Now, I'm wondering if I'm eating too many carbs or cals. You guys are so on top of things and I feel like maybe I'm not doing this correctly... thoughts?.

Are you logging all your foods in your MyPlan and are you weighing your lean and green? If you are, technically you shouldn't have to watch much of anything. What is recommended though is at the end of the day you look at the totals documented in MyPlan and see if you need to make some adjustments to your L&G to keep your daily intake at the optimum carbs (80-85/day) and your calories under 1000. So it's quick glance, minor adjustment, not read all the labels and monitor closely. If you're only using items on the lean, veggie, meatless and condiment guides you should be fine..

What MT Cup said. Log everything into MyPlan. Then at the end of the day, you can click on the green bar at the bottom of the page and it will give you you totals for the day. I have the percentages to shoot for if you want them but if you are following the plan, it should be working out. Hang in there, it gets easier..

Exactly. All you need to do is measure out water for your soups, puddings, shakes, etc. and WEIGH YOUR L&G! Thats it! Do you have the weigh charts for L&G?.

I am weighing my lean and measuring my greens per the charts they gave me. I did just notice that they have divided the greens into lower v higher carbs. Thanks for the info!!.

So, I have tried logging my food in MyPlan but I can't figure out how to do it if I split up my lean and green. For instance, sometimes I will have 1 egg or a piece of string cheese with my Medifast meal at breakfast or lunch time and then some fish for dinner. Or I will have two different leans for dinner like 1 oz. cheese and 5.25 oz. tuna. Am I right that the MyPlan format only lets you enter 1 lean option for one meal?? If not, how do you do it?.

Cellis. You can edit your entries. For instance change the OZ's on a lean. You click on that little wheel next to the entry. But you have to enter it as is first and then edit it. Did that make sense?.

I'll give it a try. May be back to ask more questions. Thanks..

Like Bailey suggests, I add my lean into the meal area I'm eating it in, then press the cog button next to it and edit the amount to what I'm having. Then at dinner when I have the rest of my meal, I edit again..
