Do you have a copy/email of the agreement?.
You know, where they gave you permission.
If you have done this yourself, I have no doubt that you can do this with other companies as well, and repeat it all over again as often as you wish.
Keep the leads growing, you'll lose some, and gain some that is, but move on...
Recall the email.
Or send a follow up email saying you are sorry and should not speak/email like that and it was very unprofessional of you etc....
Sounds like the permission was granted over the phone, no? The fact they sent you the photo could be construed as tacit permission to use the photo.
I can't see them "unringing" the bell, so to speak, and trying to recall a photo that was attached to a positive story regarding them/their products/their services.
At this point, don't worry yourself unnecessarily, and hopefully you won't even need to cross that bridge.
Tell them that it's your personal opinions and nothing can change the story. As far as the logo and pics are concerned you can say that they gave it to you. This type of stuff is just to be forgotten. If they want it removed and are eating your brains out then tell them that you will remove this whole positive story and put up another nice researched negative one in the same place.
There is nothing more then taking the story off the page. You will just be losing some hours of work and this happens on internet...
