So normally I am NOT a fan of oat meal. The taste is just so-so and I'm always starving right after eating it.

I see post after post on these boards about how horrible the oat meal is, but this is the first time I actually look forward to eating oatmeal!.

The taste is good and it leaves me feeling full for hours!.

Haven't found a flavor I don't like yet!..

Just like with all foods, people have different tastes. Some people hate Broccoli, some people hate turnips. I love them both...

I like the oatmeal with 5T of water and a pinch of baking powder and made into a pancake... yummy!..

I like all the oatmeals and have since I started. They fill me up more than most of the items as well. Happy to see someone post something nice about the poor oatmeal. It was starting to feel horribly left out...

Ditto on the oatmeal. It was the first meal that I ate on MF. I like the pancake idea..

I like both the oatmeal and the pancakes...but only after letting batter soak for 30 minutes or longer. Really only thing I found I really dislike is Broccoli Soup!..

I used the oatmeal to make a muffin. I do 1/4 cup water, 2 Tbsp. egg whites, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, and cinnamon and some extra plain bran (helps in the end). Very satisfying!..

Which flavor oatmeal do you guys like? I have been on Medifast for 8 months. Maybe I should give it a second chance...

Yeah, that's why I l don't order it anymore. It made me so sad to hear it scream when I turned on the garbage disposal...

I like the peach and blue berry the best. But the apple cinnamon and maple brown sugar was pretty good too!..

I didn't like the oatmeal at first because of the chemical yuck taste but now it's my favorite breakfast. I also soak it for a good 30+ minutes. My taste buds have definitely changed...

I love it too. I soak it overnight with 3/4 cup of water. In the morning I microwave it for 90 seconds, stir with a fork, and add 1 TBSP of SF syrup. WF blueberry for blueberry or peach, WF pancake for Maple Brown Sugar. I haven't ordered the Apple Cinnamon since the first month. I also add a dash of cinnamon to all of the oatmeal flavors. It keeps me full for 3 hours...

I like the oatmeal too. I am not crazy about the peach oatmeal but I had no trouble eating it. I do order all the other flavors...

I make my oatmeal into a pancake with an egg and baking powder.... I love them more than the "real" Medifast pancakes!..

Count me in as one of the oatmeal lovers! I tell you, before I got my first order I was terrified to try the oatmeal after reading stuff here. I tried the apple version on day 2 and couldn't figure out the big deal - it's not bad at all. Granted, it's not the consistency of regular oatmeal and it doesn't have 3 heaping spoons of white sugar in it, but it really isn't bad at all (to me). I've been making mine into bars lately and LOVE it that way. I'm glad I'm not alone - OATMEAL LOVERS UNITE! LOL!..

During 5&1, I liked the oatmeal made into cookies. Even without adding Splenda. In transition (after week three), I grew to love it with 1T of sugar free pancake syrup and 1/4 cup of Almond Milk...
